Höfats Ellipse Vuurschaal Grillrooster

Heb je een Ellipse vuurschaal van Höfats staan? Dan til je hem met dit grillrooster in één klap naar een hoger niveau. Waar je eerst alleen van het vuur genoot, kun je straks ook bakken, grillen en barbecueën – precies boven de gloeiende kolen. Het rooster hang je eenvoudig over de rand van de (gekantelde) schaal, zonder schroeven of gedoe, en je bent klaar om te koken.

Ik vind dit zo’n fijn accessoire omdat het je vuurschaal letterlijk dubbel laat werken: eerst sfeer en warmte voor je gasten, daarna een warme maaltijd rechtstreeks van het vuur. Het grilloppervlak van zo’n 55 x 35 cm biedt genoeg ruimte voor groente, vlees of vis in één keer.

Waarom dit rooster jarenlang meegaat

Het Ellipse grillrooster is volledig gemaakt van roestvrij staal, en dat merk je. De roosterstaven zijn stevig uitgevoerd met een dikte van maar liefst 6 mm – dat is fors steviger dan de dunne draadroosters die je vaak ziet. Dik materiaal buigt niet door onder het gewicht van je gerechten en houdt bovendien de warmte goed vast, wat zorgt voor een mooie, gelijkmatige bakstreep.
